He adds, Always focus on your core skills. You are really defined by your function, not your industry. Jennifer Grasz for CareerBuilder.com says applicants should market their skills to the stable industries, no matter what profession they are coming from. There are morejobs available in health care, education, government and agriculture, whereas less stable industries include banking, manufacturing and construction. Although new job openings are down, Monster.com, another job site, said most industries added more jobs to online search lists in February than did so in January of this year.
